I think this is from somewhere between 1993-1999. I'm not sure of the exact line this figure is from, but I've seen similar ones on Yahoo Japan Auction go for about 2500-3000 yen ($20-25 USD).

hadn't actually noticed those lines until now. By looking at them, I'm thinking the figure must be small.
BTW, MrsEclipse. Your icon is interesting. What does it come from?
