Jiro's (ELV could be Joey or Howie or Toby) Mama (from 59, Robot Buron X (30, The Super Duper Robot) & who also appeared in #167, Plenty of Balloons is Melmo's neighbor.
"Melmo thinks of growing up and breast feeding Touch. But she doesn't have any milk. Prof. Waregarasu explains to her that she cannot have any milk unless she gets pregnant and hormones are properly excreted." -except from episode guide at TOW.
Now the school wants mothers to attend class with their kids. Melmo's little brother Totoo (actually means "little brother") is about to be surprised!
Totoo then runs from the house, angry with Melmo--
resorting to the local playground, he meets this man (who resembles the guy I call GRUMPY) & the man takes a liking to him.
The man take Totoo home with him, but--
Melmo's ex-landlady is the man's sister or wife (I guess) & trouble follows.
So the man saves everyone who was in the burning shed, & I really cannot say what happens to the woman.

Though, I try to be more open-minded about it and accept it as an "interesting stage of my life".
