When it comes to Astro Boy I cuess i would go for the episode in the 1980 series that was never made into English it really did have a good story i never got why it did have to be cut out.
Come on it was like 1985 when that series came to america.

Or my favourite episode was another one with Atlas but it has been more than 6 mhonts ago i saw 1980 series so i don't really remember a good moment was also when Atlas distroyed himself to save earth i never would have expected that or the world strongest Robot but that feld kinda rushed even though that was the meaning because the origional story the in the manga was only 40 pages or so.

It's good thing Naoki Urasawa made a hole 8 volume manga around that i really should pick it up.

When it comes to my favourite episode from any show it probbly would be One Piece since that is my favourite series but i shoudn't know wich episode in particular but of course the war that is going on right now at Marineford in the Anime is my favourite part till now.

@atoms gf and turtlepod -- yes, The 100 Million Year Old Crime is from Dark Horse volume 10 of the manga. Astro gets "broken" but is not "dead" -- he's repaired!!

That same volume has one of my favorite "chapter/episodes (anime only in Japanese)" - Astro is Stolen -- where he (and Uran) at their "real" ages as young adults.
