I searched with several keywords but didn't really find any results to what you mean. There are websites where you can make your own if you have a big enough image of Astro and have it shipped to you. I know http://www.cafepress.com/make/custom-tote-bags lets you make customized messenger bags at $25. So you could consider making an Astro Boy bag through there?

You can get various Tezuka-related bags at the official online shop at TezukaOsamu.Net, of course that means you would need an agent to shop at a Japanese online store, and to pay a hefty shipping price.

Cafepress is better, like Iceytina said. You could also try to occasionally look on Ebay.

As for Astro Boy bags, we don't get those here in Sydney otherwise I would already have them :d evil:. Sadly, Astro ain't that popular in Australia. I have never seen a SINGLE Astro Boy thing in the shops.
