Specific Tenma Image

(I hope this is OK to post.)
It's been quite a while since I was able to get my hands on any books or watch the shows (Other than the 2003 one) and my memory is sending me the most hilarious image. I just have to know if it's a true memory or one I possibly dreamed about. (I have some screwed up dreams, so nothing is impossible.)

I don't know why, but I distinctly recall seeing an image of this years back. In fact, I even made a joke about it back in 2003 that I rediscovered on the profile of an old friend on another site. Did I imagine it? Was it fanart? Or was it a panel or screenshot?
If anyone can help put me out of my misery I'd be most grateful. My searches are fielding nothing.
