Three moves equals a fire.

So, I am here, in Frederick Maryland. I live on the 3rd floor of a building whose 3rd floor is noticeably warmer than the 1st. floor; whose elevator is warmer still; should say hot. Laundry room even worse. All doors have auto closer mechanisms. Even the rubbish chute has such a closing feature. This is supposed to be a retirement place. Some old people have limited mobility, etc. I quickly tired of constantly opening the rubbish chute, for only a handful of stuff! What's more, there is a latch on it! must flip the lever to open; means even less stuff can be stuffed in.
