Personally, I would be ready to help paying for images, but I am quite concerned as it is 100$ or more each image and you have a lot! Isn't it possible to negotiate a bulk discount? After all you will also help them get customers.

The CD probably contains system drivers for various systems, but this is a SATA interface and Windows 7 (and of course Windows 10) has working default drivers so you should be able to boot. After booting you should install the drivers on the CD even if it works though, because they will probably be ...
