Re: Pluto anime discussion

I'll try to avoid spoilers, just because I think I binged it a bit quicker than most, but just wanted to say how happy I was it was not bad. Re: Pluto anime discussion

Hyped! In preparation for its release, I'm hosting a viewing party with friends for the 1st two 80s Astro Boy episodes, as well as the 2 parter Greatest Robots. Came to the forum for the 80s dubbing trivia I vaguely remembered. Happy to see it is still (somewhat) active. Curious their response when ...

It could be worse, they could have pulled an LA Times "Nintendo's new playstation" http://www.latimes.com/business/technology/la-fi-tn-e3-2014-highlights-2-20140611-story.html But thanks for the clarification, and the interesting point about the movie. Bugs Bunny, Beany and Cecil, Popeye, Woody Woodpecker and other cartoon stars Lampooned around behind a background of music by Beeth...

It may help your cynicism to look towards other things that happen in Astro Boy that have more meaning now than back in the 50s/80s, or on the relationships between people which have always been timeless. Or just accept Asto Boy doesn't give you the joy it used to, and move on to other things. Who k...

Actually, we are talking about the japanese series Tetsuwan Atom and not the american version^^' But, I have to disagree with you. Atlas from 1980s was merged with Blue Knight, so he don't had his own personality. In note, the Blue Knight himself also appeared in the 1963 series several episodes af...

To be fair, some would argue series like Final Fantasy and sonic have gotten worse with age.

But then again, at least they're given chances...

On the bright side, there are some quality megaman fan games out there!
