The Blue Knight is in that story with a completely different origin background and fate outcome for the character. Amazing how many times you can get the same story told in different ways with Tezuka.

I'm no expert on making such vids mixing live action and animation Kitty. But off the top of my head, perhaps you'll find the 1980's Astro easiest to work with.

I also thought Blue Knight was loosely based upon 1980's Atlas. He was certainly milder though, wasn't he? He hated humans for sure, but he never filled the outright villainous role that Atlas played so well.

Do you think the Japanese box set if one exists, has ENG subtitles? Sorry I wouldn't imagine so. Perhaps it might. But as I understand most DVDs in Japan don't bother to include subs. Maybe one day they will though, if they think they could expand their profits to people interested in english speak...
