Yes, this episode really is one of the better episodes of "Astroboy"! I remember when I first saw it how touching each scene was. I've only sat through the "Astro Boy" version ("Jimbo, the Great") once and I think this is a case where the remake is better than the original!

Yes it is a good package except that it does not feature the missing footage from Japanese episodes #s 1 & 2 as the Madman collection does.
