Well, he has a red suit a bit like it, except he's got shorts instead of pants. The tie is either green, or blue... probably blue.

He wears the same outfit in the '03 series, only it's green, with a red tie.

I noticed Atom's little "magic act" with his suit... (It's too bad he ripped it up. It was a good look for him; made him look "professional" and fit in more with the other guys.)

Not really; have you checked Jeffbert's list yet? Apparently, Cobalt (Jetto) appears in only five episodes of the English sequence: Brother Jetto; Deep, Deep Secret; The Terrible Spaceman; Planet 13; and Double Trouble. And I heard that he appears only briefly at the end of Planet 13.

Hm, I thought that might be it. Hearing that the episode is #84 fills me with dismay, however; it seems that I will have to wait even longer for Manga to put the Cobalt episodes (of which there are very few in the English sequence) on Youtube...
