I know that but having a sibling born on the same as you that is not a twin seems pretty out there (also you can of other "what are the odds" like what are the odds of their being another genius)

Heck it was more of a shock to the docs and mom if anything

sharing a birthday with a sibling comes with its curses and blessings,but we take turns every year in choosing what we have for meals

Also what I find funny in his use of Characters, is his choice of what they are. like Drake being a detective,Ochanomizu as a contruction woker and Tenma as a doctor and various family members, daddy walrus a doctor even duke red here and there

Hmm each to their own but in the Black Jack manga he is a medical doctor including the recent BJ anime and so are alot of other characters like Tenma and Ochanomizu
