it would work more or less the same as emailing back and forth, but just on the public forum and more people could partisipate. after we all are experts the info is still out in the open and can be used by other people. As far as I know, there are no Japanese users here, and finding one who also understands English and would be interested would be rather difficult.

There is this one user on Tezuka in English, but I am not quite so sure.
