I have the newest version. Which would be 4.3. I do believe that 4.3 does not have an unteathered jailbreak yet, but I'm not sure since I haven't checked. If there was an untethered jailbreak, it would still be in beta testing right now and would only be available to Mac users. All I can say is be ...

It's one of the best choices you can make, though. There are so many things that you can do when you jailbreak it and it is completely legal. Thanks btw

Do you mean your phone's firmware is too new to jailbreak, or the jailbreak software is too new to jailbreak your phone?
