It's unclear, but it sounds like these wouldn't be anime, but rather cartoons made by a bunch of different countries, with Tezuka Productions providing some animation assistance. If that's the case, these could range from okay to horrible.

What's wrong with Astro x Atlas? They're both kids and not related. Well, except in the 80's series (on both counts).
