Yeah, it's in volume 17. It's called "The Face in the Rock".

April 7th 2003 was picked as the release date for the series because when Tezuka wrote the manga half a century earlier, that was the futuristic date he set for the creation of Astro.

Just what can already been seen in various trailers and previews found on the Internet. Dr Tenma, Dr Elefun, Toby, Astro, Moustachio, Tezuka, Hyoutantsugi, and Hamegg. Those cell scans are from a different movie, called The Last Great Event of the 20th Century, released some time around 1999/2000. It was sort of a Tezuka tribute movie, featuring all his famous characters.
