There's a violent scene in the 1980 episode where the pilot of a spacecraft is shot by an hijacker. In the Japanese version, I think you can see the beam/bullet go through him, and then the blood on the floor. Most of this was removed in the English version, still enough to understand what happened...

Does anyone know if there is a limit in a Astro movie? Like, is it okay to show a scene that has little bit of... blood and such? Japan have a limit?
