So guys, don't you think that every 20 for a new remake is too much?
Think about this: 20 years...
Many of the voice actors will be no longer available and many fans will be moved on...
20 years... Man, that's too much time to wait for a new series.

Viki's Tezuka Channel finally uploaded the final episodes of Tetsuwan Atom 1983 series. It was a good run, but the final episode was quite frustrating. Also, episode 49 marked Uran's last appearence in the show and she completely disappeared from the 3 remaining episodes without even being mentioned...

I'll say: Uran.
I do know that Atom is the main character, but I love Uran so much.
I don't want to call her as "Zoran" anymore, after all that name is just a lie for those fools who wanted to avoid making mention of "Uranium" and "Atom" in the dub.

Uran was basically one of the first little sister archtype. And I can't say she reminds of Roll, because Uran existed long time ago. I only pointed out that she reminded of Lume, because Metalder came first in Brazil. And instead of Tetsuwan Atom 1963 or Tetsuwan Atom 1983, we got Jetter Mars in Bra...

For me, Uran reminds of Lume which was a girl who appeared in Metalder which was a pretty dramatic live action from the 1980s which unfortunatelly was mutilated and transformed into part of the ridiculous VR Troopers. Lume was a robot created by Balsac from Neroz Empire and she seemed to be an amnes...

Wanting or not that movie is pure junk. American producers cannot bring true emotion and neither be faithfull to the original series. These artworks for the characters really sucked and specially when they tried to bring emotion, many of characters looked pretty weird while being sad or angry. Frank...

The artwork was quite inferior if compared to Tezuka, Astro looked like a big idiot rather than the character which we know.

I've a fan of Tetsuwan Atom for years and I'm pretty disappointed with the movie which considering that was American, I figured it would be such a pile of junk. The representations of the characters were ridiculous...
