There are two sketches from Monty Python that would probably go with this thread. They're not Dr. Ochanomizu, but they fit nonetheless. The first one is my fave.

This wasn't Atom's first live-action appearance. His first was the ultra rare and ultra cheesy live-action series that predates even the anime. This almost makes Ed Wood's movies and Battlefield Earth look very good. Having this air again would make Tezuka roll in his grave.
