As I stated, eBay member gleckner is the guy who sells 6-packs: vols 1-6, 7-12, 30th aniversary 1-5 + lost ep. He is the guy who took it upon himself to restore them. You can trust that it is a legitimate legal item.

I have successfully installed eDonkey, and dowloaded 'Astro.Boy.ATOM.05.avi'. I began watching it using newly installed DivX, but it has no subtitles! Any suggestions?

Must I use some other file-sharing app, to get fansubbed video?

I downloaded the episodes using eMule http://www.emule-project.net (based on the eDonkey network), speaking of which Episode 9 should come on-line any time soon. Episode's vary in size from 191MB upto 280MB and are 640x480 res. HybridMATRiX I got eDonkey working, and downloaded 'Astro.Boy.A...

I hate to be a stick in the mud, but I have no interset in digitizing any episodes. You can buy them in packs of 6 tapes from gleckner via eBay, reaaly cheap. If you can use the Buy now feature, you can avoid the risk of either losing or paying too much. He usually posts new sets on Sundays. :unsure:

How much disk space do you have? I have 15 or so episodes that I'd be happy to send you, but they take up about 1.5gb of space. Of which series? I have everything that has thus far been restored from the 60s English dub. My sole interest is the newest (current) one. Ok, I would also like 27-52 ...
