Well, there are two fields in play graphically. First, there are the battles.
They use Omega Factor sprites!
Then there's the "overworld". When you are walking on the map, it's seen from overhead and is different from in battles. They look like this:
In the style of battle, I have completed Astro, Daichi (but not Atlas), Klaus, Rag, and Denkou.
Alternate outfits are still up for grabs except for Astro's crossover costume, but I think I'd need to PM you if you wanted to do them because they're still a secret.
I still need Roc (Metropolis style), Pero, Nuka, Epsilon, Atlas, Tima, and Bulbo, plus any robot enemies you'd feel like making.
As for overworld, I haven't finished many quite yet besides Astro, Rag, Atlas, Black Jack, and Klaus.
For those, you can use the above sheet as a basis.
There are a ton of characters: Tenma, Daichi, Nuka, Denkou, Epsilon, Pero, Roc, Tima, Duke Red, Ochanomizu, Hamper, Deadcross, Pinoko, Skunk, Ham-Egg... Indeed, every Astro character you can think of, and the cast of Metropolis as well!
