I thought that Adult Swim online video was blocked outside the USA because the advertisers were only interested in the local population seeing their ads. OK, admittedly, individual nations may have their own policies, & may block certain internet sites, but these are specific cases as opposed to the general restricting the videos to domestic IPs.

Of course, I am just guessing about the domestic policy, but it does seem reasonable about the ads. irate:

Before WW2 the repressive regimes blocked radio. The free flow of information also was blocked. The INTERNET contains info elements of books, as well as two way communications. That's why it's being shut down. To prevent the free flow of ideas and knowledge. That's the only reason. Sex crime is the excuse being used.
