No, I think Tezuka only cosplayed as Higeoyaji. It's likely that he only cosplayed as one of his more well-known and iconic characters, which Higeoyaji would certainly fit the bill. It's doubtful that he cosplayed as anyone else and even if he did, there are no photos.
