Sorry I took so long to post the fan story, Here it is:
Chapter One, Operation

It was a few hours after breakfast, and Black Jack was getting ready for an oncoming operation.
“Who are we going to be operating on?” asked Pinoco, who was looking out at the ocean.
“I don’t know yet,” replied Black Jack, “They said something about a young famous…” He started to lie, then he looked at Pinoco and saw her with a angry expressing on her face, “A girl.” Black Jack said, getting to the point. Pinoco frowned.
“Why can’t she just get operated on by someone else?” grumbled Pinoco, who gets jealous easily. Black Jack chuckled.
“When’s the operation?” she muttered, turning her back at him. Black Jack had to try hard not to laugh.
“Tomorrow,” Black Jack started to say, when someone knocked on the door.
“I’ll go get it!” Pinoco yelled, running to the door. She opened the door, and in barged three men pulling a stretcher, with a lady following.
“We came as soon as we could,” blurted the lady, “I’m Mrs. Night, and this is your patient.” she pointed to the teenaged girl laying on the stretcher, “When can you started the operation?” Mrs. Night went on.
“I don’t know what her situation is yet,” replied Black Jack. Mrs. Night snapped her fingers, and one of the three men gave Black Jack a stack of papers. Black Jack raised his eyebrow.
“I see you where prepared,” mumbled Black Jack, looking at the medical records.
“A fetus in a fetu?” said Black Jack, surprised. The teenager had the same problem as Pinocos sister! Pinoco knew that Black Jack would not accept. She looked pleased.
“We heard that you’ve operated on someone with the same problem.” Mrs. Night said.
“We’ll start the operation immediately.” announced Black Jack. Pinocos face fell.
“We will?” Pinoco gasped. Black Jack nodded.
“Bring her to the operating room.” ordered Black Jack, turning to the three men. The obeyed. Black Jack and Pinoco got ready for the operation.
“This is going to be a serious operation,” said Black Jack, “I want you to stay as far away from the teenager as possible.” Black Jack knew from experience with Pinoco that while Pinoco was in her sisters stomach, she was stubborn to be born.
“How is this operation going to be different than the other operations that I helped you perform?” She asked stubbornly.
“Just stay behind me,” sighed Black Jack.


Chapter Two, The Operations begins!

They walked into the operation room and got ready.
“Starting the operation!” said Black Jack, “Remember, stay behind me.” he turned to Pinoco. Pinoco frowned.
“Scalpel,” he said carefully.
“Here.” replied Pinoco, giving him the tool. Black Jack lowered the tool slowly, ready to cut.
Then a voice yelled, “Leave me alone!” and Black Jacks tool was blown out of his hand, and his started to yell in pain. Pinoco panic and grabbed a scalpel.
“Leave Doc alone!” yelled Pinoco, “Or I’ll kill you!” Black Jacks headache went away.
“Pinoco!” Black Jack cried out, in surprise.
“I just want to live,” said the voice, “Don’t kill me for that.” Pinoco stared at the tumor and said, “I lived because of Black Jack, and I’m sure he’ll save you too,” she looked at Black Jack.
“Ok, I’ll take it out, but lets start the operation now.” replied Black Jack, “I’ll do the same thing I did for you, Pinoco.” he sliced, cut, and stitched with the help of Pinoco.


Chapter Three, The birth of another Pinoco.

In a few minutes, the operation was done. Black Jack and Pinoco walked out of the operation room.
“How was the operation?!” Mrs. Night practically yelled.
“The operation went well, and both of your charges are fine.” replied Black Jack.
“What do you mean both?” asked Mrs. Night cautiously.
“The teenager and her twin.” answered Black Jack. Pinoco nodded.
“Its alive?!” screeched the lady. Black Jack nodded, “Yeah,” he said, “Would she like to see her sister?”
“No!” yelled Mrs. Night, “She mustn’t see it!” She snapped her fingers, “Come on! We’re going! Bring along my charge, and give the doctor the money!” The lady walked out of the room, and The three men followed with the girl on the stretcher.
“Wait.” mumbled the girl, trying to sit up.
“You shouldn’t try to get up,” Black Jack said, “You need to rest from the operation.”
“I want to see my unborn sister,” mumbled the girl.
“No,” said Mrs. Night firmly, “You may not see that thing.” She gave the three men a sharp look, “Lets get going,” hissed Mrs. Night.
“Wait, let me just say something to the doctor,” cried the girl, she motioned for Black Jack to go to her, “Please save my sister,” she whispered into Black Jacks ear.
“Ok,” agreed Black Jack.
Finally Pinoco spoke up, she went over to the girl, “We’ll take care of her until you can come back,” she whispered into her ear, cheerfully.

CHAPTER ONE- REVENGE-
"I was mad at you when we went to all of the trouble and that robot brat did not come with them."
"Knew you would love my plan to use his human mentor and his robot sister against him."
"Thought the other robot would be too powerful to overcome but he fell under our control too."
"When we get through with the robot brat he will regret ever being constructed by Dr. Tenma- he will think he is in the Twilight Zone OR MAKE HIS OWN VERSION- robot brat- ASTRO BOY- you will soon regret your interference of my plans. When i am through with you - you will be just-...........

to be continued- who are these guys talking- and why do they want to hurt poor sweet ASTRO BOY? i KNOW THESE ARE GUYS- cause girls are too sweet to want to hurt ASTROBOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is Chapter Four of my Black Jack fan story, Another Pinoco:
Chapter four, “Hi there!”

It was a few minutes after Mrs. Night and her charge had left, and Black Jack and Pinoco where in the operating room, looking at the tumor.
“Did it fall asleep?” asked Pinoco, sitting on a chair.
“I don’t know, but I have to put her in a body before she dies.” answered Black Jack.
“What will you make her look like?” asked Pinoco.
“I don’t know, you chose.” Black Jack replied.
“I want her to look kind of like me!” cried Pinoco, “Maybe I can be friends with her!”
“Yeah.” said Black Jack, “We’ll put her together tomorrow.”
“Ok,” said Pinoco cheerfully. She danced out of the room cheerfully.

The next day, Pinoco woke up early and made breakfast. She ran to Black Jacks’ room and shook him awake.
“Wake up! Wake up!” yelled Pinoco, “Eat you breakfast so we can put together my new friend!” She ran out of the room. Black Jack chuckled, “So impatient.” he mumbled to himself. He dressed and went into the dinning room. He ate silently as Pinoco impatiently sat at her chair. The second Black Jack finished his food, Pinoco pulled him away from the table.
“Really Pinoco,” Black Jack started to say, “You really need to learn patience!”
“Here we are!” said Pinoco ignoring him. They walked into the operating room, where the tumor laid in a little capsule.
“Lets get ready,” sighed Black Jack, “You have to be very careful, ok?”
“ok!” replied Pinoco. They started to put the tumor into a small body, slightly smaller than Pinocos’.
In a few minutes, the where finished putting together the little girl.
“Lets let her rest,” mumbled Black Jack.
“Yeah,” agreed Pinoco. They walked out of the room. Pinoco was quiet for a few minutes, then she said, “When do you think she will wake up?” Black Jack chuckled, “I don’t know.”
Pinoco paced around impatiently. Pinoco walked into the room where the new girl was lying on a operation table. The girl opened her eyes and looked at Pinoco.
“Hi there!” cried Pinoco cheerfully, “My name is Pinoco!” The girl just stared at Pinoco.
The girl tried to talk, but couldn’t.
“Its alright, I’ll teach you everything you need to know,” announced Pinoco, “You’ll be alright.” Just then, Black Jack walked into the room.
“How are you doing?” he asked the girl, “Pinoco isn’t bothering you, right?” Pinoco stuck her tongue out at him.
“I’ll just give you a quick cheek-up,” decided Black Jack, “Just to make sure your alright.” Pinoco grabbed all the tools Black Jack would need. Black Jack was just about to start the cheek-up, when someone banged on the front door.

"KNOWING that Robot Brat cares for his human mentor and his sister will make our plan even better since he could not come and Atlas taking his place was even better now that i think about it."
"Was so funny she scared him with that sword in his room- thought you said Robot Brat was afraid of nothing- never mind when we get through with him it will be worth all our trouble- love to see him after we get through with him. This is much better then your original plan." evil laughing by those creeps- so glad they are not girls
ASTRO BOY was worry about his sister and Dr. Elefun and when ATLAS also mention the Twilight Zone, ASTRO BOY was afraid something bad had happened to them.
"WHEN they follow our orders - Robot Brat will be helpless against them"-
evil laughing- so glad they are not girls
