I'm actually sad to find your not a professional, your dojinshi work is so much better than what i tried to make for my graphic novel assignment. ;_; How i wish i had your skill.
Just wondering how you go about making them, and if you have any advise for someone wanting to make they're own dojin?

To tell you honestly, I really hate going by the book. I mean buying all the how to draw manga and other related stuff. That didn't really matter on my case. My tip for you would be to observe closely on how professional mangakas layout their mangas. Try to crank up your observation a notch up higher than usual when you are simply reading them. Try to pay attention to the details, how they lay out the panels, the positioning and shapes of the speech baloons and every detail you can observe. Take in all that and mix it with your own style and voila! you have created your own style as the same time getting the basics.

OF course everything is still up to you.
