Aw, so cute.
Also about flipping: You could try rotating them with something like "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer", "MS Paint" or whatever basic programs for images you may have.
But in this picture's case, having it flipped seems to create the feeling that he's laying down and being shown from a bird's eye view, which kinda adds to the cuteness, in my opinion.
