Yeah Elfun looks like he has a migraine. When I thought of that caption I had a headache, and two images came to mind; one from Astro '80, and the other from Jetter Mars. I'm guessing yours is from one of the '89?

No, actually one of the dubbed episodes, and in fact it's a few frames after the scene Jeffbert's avatar is created from (where Atom has a tantrum). Elefun gives him what fer! Ah . . . which episode . . . I believe it's one with a Robot president or leader needs Dr. O to fix him, but Astro picks up very bad vibes from the people Elefun is traveling with, and convinces him to take him apart and stuff him in a suit case to bring him along in secret.

That's one heavy suitcase!

Not the only time Astro was stuffed in Elfun's suitcase in pieces. There also was "the wacky machine".
