It was just as I had thought earlier, the day did seem short. Back when recess was called off, I had scanned the whole area one last time to see if Astro Boy and Max returned. It looked like they hadn't and I wanted to wait longer for them, but I knew that I had to return to class. Our teacher also didn't seem too happy to not see Astro or Max among us, and decided that she would have to give the two a penalty for that. I had sunk into my seat with that thought.

School had ended shortly after though, and immediately I hurried out to go find Astro Boy and Max, dragging my heavy backpack full of gadgets and other tools. Their disappearance was just too concerning for me to ignore it. Unfortunately I wasn't built for running and had soon slowed to a stop, breathing and exhaling laboriously, not too far from the school property.

"I'm sure they're okay..." I tried to reassure myself, placing a thumb against my chin. But I still wanted to find them, and continued to head the way where they had left.

A few minutes had passed, when I saw a familiar boy with shining spikes on his head.

"Astro Boy!" I exclaimed and ran towards him, but stopped suddenly.

Atlas and Uran were with him. I ushered a quick gasp and quickly ran off to the side, kneeling down and hiding from the other side of a nearby bench. What was Atlas doing here, I wondered.

Astro-

"Why are you two circling me?" Atlas seemed really curious and a bit anxious to know about Max. Wounder why he was acting so strange. I ignored the fact that the two people were literally in orbit around me.

"Something bothering you Atlas? Your acting a bit strange." I asked him.

-Little Atlas-

"Who me? Noooo." Atlas replied. He stopped walking, and Uran crashed into him. She ended up sitting on him, while he was flat on his stomach

It was obvious to Uran that he was still in 'Inspector' mode.

"Uran, watch it!" Atlas groaned, pushing the little robot girl off him. Atlas stood up, and brushed the dust off his clothes (He was wearing a T-shirt and shorts over his other outfit from the 80's Astro boy.)

-Uran-

"Oh, Sorry." Uran noticed that she and Atlas had been circling around him like little kids (they were little kids. XD)

Uran's delicate ears heard a noise from behind something. "Intruder" flashed through her head. Uran winked at Atlas, and the both jumped onto the bench (where the noise had came from), looking behind it.

Immediately I jumped out from my hiding space and screamed a high-pitch shriek, causing passerbys and bystanders to stop and stare at us. I knelt down to the ground, covering my head and shivering.

I looked up, and the first person I saw was Uran.

"Why'd you do that?!" I whined.

Then I saw Atlas and shrieked again.

"D-D-d-Don't hurt me!!" I squeaked.

Astro-

I laughed at all this going on and walked up to Tamao. He was so scared and screamed when he saw Atlas and I couldn't help but laugh. I stepped in front of Atlas and Uran then asked

"Tamao, why were you hiding behind the bench?"

--Tamao--

I opened my left eye cautiously to Astro Boy's laughing voice. My cheeks puffed up angrily, this was no laughing matter! Or so I thought...

"Y-Y-you want t-to know?..." I asked him in a stuttering voice, feeling surprised that Astro Boy hadn't realized it before.

"Him! That's why!" I cried, pointing directly at Atlas.

Astro-

Me and Atlas exchanged looks for a second before I turned back to Tamao.

"Oh yea about that, me and Atlas are friends now. He's not exactly angry at the world anymore." I said to him. I could have sworn that he already knew; I guess I forgot to tell him.

--Tamao--

I sat there in disbelief. Atlas was a good robot now? I knew Astro Boy was honest and could never tell a lie, but this was a little hard to believe.

"W-What?" I cried as I stood myself up. I felt a little embarrassed now.

"Since when? Did I miss something important here?"

(Wow. My characters are in la la land...I wonder how do bring them back in...)

(Yea I'm going to let Uran&Astro1980 take it from here seeing as Atlas can speak for himself.)
