Subbed is for subtitled.
Dub is for the voice, but I don't know where it comes from. However it is the other one, so not too difficult to remember

Dub comes from the TV/movie term "overdub" - the process of replacing the original audio track (usually voice) with another -- in Astro Boy's case, removing the original Japanese audio track and replacing it with English (or French, etc.) voice actors.
