Tenma merely smiles as she asks him this

T; Of course I do.

Zoran then smiles

Astro: You do? Even if I didn't do what you wanted me to?

Tenma: Yes, I do... You are still a wonderful creature. I'm not sure yet of what went through your mind, however... but I still think I can trust you.

O'Shay: Astro's thinking is very coherent, you can't deny it.

Tenma: True... That is why I trust him.

Astro smiled.

Z; Oh good...I'm so glad to hear that...

Tenma just smiles at her

Z; Is something wrong?

T; Not at all...You just remind me of a woman I once knew...

Z; Really? Was she someone special to you? I bet she was your wife, right?

Tenma just stares at her, unsure as to how he should respond to ehr questions

O; Alright Zoran; I think it's time for you to go back outside.

Z; But Doctor O'Shay!

[Astro Forever]

O'Shay whispered to Zoran's ear: Humans need time to get better, to discuss sensitive topics... they don't think like robots.

Zoran: Oh... But you seemed to think I could help Dr. Tenma... I didn't want to talk to him, and now that I do, you want me to leave?

O'Shay: You'll be able to help, I'm sure, just not right now.

Zoran made a pouty face. "Okay", she said, before leaving the room.

O'Shay turned around, and Dr. Tenma was looking outside through the window. "I'm tired", he said.

O'Shay looked at his watch, they had spent a lot of time together already. "You are right, it's time to leave. Are you still going to be writing this diary this week?"

Tenma sighed. "Yes, I will".

The next week, Tenma was the first one to get back into the office, and sat in the comfy chair.

He sat in solitary confinement, but not for long before O'Shay came into the room

O; Hello Umatarou.

T; Hello O'Shay...

Tenma watches rather intently as the portly old man sits himself down in front of him

O; So, did you have a good week?

T; I did actually.

O; That's good to know. I'm sorry I couldn't bring Astro this week, he's been very bust as of late.

T; That's alright.

O; Although Zoran asked me to give these to you.

He passes Tenma a small tin. Despite his surprise, he actually opens the box, and is surprised to find that it's filled with home-made cookies. Upon seeing this sight, Tenma can't help but laugh at this sight rather heartily

Tenma bit in a cookie and grimaced. "We have yet to create robots that can taste."

O'Shay laughed: "I guess I won't tell her that!"

O'Shay sat down, and tried to gauge Tenma's mood. His ex-counterpart didn't seem as tense as usual.

O'Shay: "How was your week?"

Tenma: "Not too bad... I'm missing intellectual challenges."

O'Shay: "Yes, I see... What would you want to do? Create more robots?"

Tenma: "That sure would be interesting, but I'm afraid I may not be ever allowed to again, what do you think?"

[Prettywitchiusaka]

O; Well, that depends. I think you would still be an asset to the Ministry once you get out of prison.

T; I suppose...But would anyone trust me?

O'Shay stares at his contomplative colleague for a mere few seconds, determning how to process that answer exactly

[Astro Forever]

O'Shay: "Well, I'll be honest with you... Right now, probably not. But, with efforts and time, and with some supervision... yes I know you may not be fond of that... who knows? With your talent..."

Tenma laughed. "And who would supervise me, you?", he asked, rolling his eyes...

O'Shay: "Why not?"

Tenma: "Haha, O'Shay, you'll never change.... Always so positive, always ready to save everyone..."

O; Is that a bad thing?

T; No, it's just simply too idealistic. That's all.

O'Shay can only stare at Tenma in annoyance before he cleared his throat

O'Shay: "You have been an idealist yourself, haven't you been? How would you have accomplished everything you have otherwise?"

Tenma: "You do have a point... but this was different."

O'Shay: "No, it's not as different as you think... When one has a goal, one can manage to do so much to reach it. Just like you did..."

Tenma: "But I was the only one in charge when I was designing robots."

O'Shay: "That's the point, you need to learn how to communicate properly with others, among other things... That's why we had been exploring your past."
