Astro tried to stop, but couldn't. "I... c-can't," he whimpered. Skunk glared at him. "Liar! Just shut up or I'll rip out your voice box!!"

"We w-were made th-that way...." His response was quite mumbled this time. Whether it had been on purpose or not, Skunk had damaged Astro's energy convertor, and the little robot was finding it hard to stay awake.

Astro was shaking his head slowly to try and keep awake. "No... no I... w-won't...!!" he rumbled, mostly to himself.

But then he felt all dizzy and his eyes closed.
"Goodness me, such a cute little boy," Skunk remarked as his scratched his chin, his expression looking somewhat devilish. "What a pity to destroy you. But too bad, because that's exactly what I'd like to do."
