This video was aired in a Japanese TV variety show,in 1969.

This describes a fight between Astroboy and the protagonist of a famous anime "Kyojino hoshi[ it means "Yomiuri Giants' star"]".
Yomiuri Giants is a professional baseball team in Japan.
I like this background music and thrilling fight.
In 1969,Astroboy's popularity had already gone, "Kyojino hoshi" was very popular, instead.
"Kyojino hoshi" describes struggle and growth of a Yomiuri Giants' baseball pitcher. He is the pitcher in this video.
His name is 星飛雄馬.Some say he is named after 天馬飛雄[Temma Tobio ,of course, Astro]. Because 天 means "sky", and 星 means "star". Both names are too similar to be a coincidence.
This video was directed by Tomino Yoshiyuki, who is famous for "Mobile suits Gundom". He worked on Astroboy in 1965-66, and "Kyojino hoshi" around 1969 .
Unfortunately, this video is not full and is not sold at full version.
