It's so funny and cute, and he's so happy, like a kid in a candy store.

Ok, here is an easier one:

Ep 1, Atom is just learning to fly, & he has some funny adventures.

1. with the banner and hear he accidentally encounters.

2. with the insect-like robot window-washers, he imitates them.

Another one is where he looks into the highly reflective window, but it is Tobio whose image he sees reflected.

This one is probably tougher: It is from the series preview, that kiss from Mimi after he finds Rainbow valley. His reaction reminded me of Mr. Spock, as though he were saying, "what is the significance of pressing your lips against my cheek?"

When I first saw that preview, I thought it was for a feature length animated movie. Too many "differences" between the preview and what was in the series, I held out hope until I finally read that it was a "series trailer" and not a move trailer. Too bad, I think the current series would have been asbsolutley superb as a full length movie. Heck Pokemon (over)does it... Did you notice Atlas was blue in that preview?

Ok back on topic.
IMO the Atom-Tobio reflection would be a good one as it would be the easiest to loop, especially if one would capture the frames in order, (Atom->Tobio) and then continue the frames backwards (Tobio->Atom), so it would fade back and forth; instead of Atom fading to Tobio and then snapping back to Atom again.
