Besides those mentioned mistakes, I think the teacher appears to be pretty tall. (3 meters?)
Did you ever find mistakes?

Robot Land, yes, again!
The "T" on Theodore's sweater has disappeared!

Okay, I should have done an animation with the next one but I'm too lazy...

If you watch the episode, notice the robot that is falling off the dragon. As the dragon is struggling and is neck moving back and forth, the little robot also moves at the same pace, flying up and down without any apparent wings, jets or anything to hold it!

 Hmmmm, perhaps his left hand is supposed to be before his left cheek rather than behind? The way Astro tries to amplify his shouts using his hands might not be very effective like that
.
Otherwise, I think his left eye's pupil/iris appears to be a little too big.... :wahah: Oh! I think I got it: There are only 4 eyelashes on both of his eyes.

Or maybe we are seeing a reflection effect on his "hair" while it is night-time ?
The real sign that someone has become a fanatic is that he completely loses his sense of humor about some important facet of his life. When humor goes, it means he's lost his perspective.

It's the studio set's Super Trooper Spotlight.

This one could deliver some wild imaginations about his head's shape, that is, if the viewer never had seen Astro's real physical appearance before.

In the very first post of this thread, I wrote about Astro suddenly wearing clothes in Speeding Through the Storm, as he was looking through the window, although he was wearing clothes right before and after that. Well here is the illustration:

Then DrFrag wrote on his website that Astro was suddenly wearing yellow instead of blue. I don't think it had been posted here though!
Here it is:

But as if all of this wasn't enough, there is one more of these in the episode! :wahah: This time it's white and red instead of blue; it was earlier in the episode.

Finally, in The Robot Stuntman, Uran's mouth and chin appear over her arm!
