It's from an actual episode,
The Wreck of the Titan (see the end of the video, although I didn't come across the above picture for some reason, however I don't think it's been photoshopped). It's more cute than anything else.

The image was poor Ivan tucking Atom into bed, as though he were Minya, Ivan's mistress. See the link for my review.

I can confirm that the picture has not been photoshopped even though I didn't see it in the video. How?
Because it's completely identical to a picture in my own Photobucket account:

Strange Wings, amazingly, this thread even reminds myself how much I like Astro. I remember trying to take the best screenshots I could. I really have to just take the time to work a bit on this computer so I might just keep taking more screenshots.
