Ochanomizu takes Atom & Uranium to a large department store, but finds trouble in the toy department:







Anyway, Uranium winds up some toy figures, which then perform their moves, but wind down. She decides to install AI in them so they will perform longer:













But, as always, big brother Atom wants to spoil her fun:

Once she installs the AI modules, all the toys begin behaving according to their individual personalities. Those that are good, do good things, while the bad ones look for trouble. All the good toys enjoy jumping rope and dancing:






However, it seems that the mannequins are up to no good:

I remember seeing some old WB or MGM cartoons on CN in which all the items in a department store came to life one night, but cannot recall the title.
