I resized it to 100x75, but the size of the file is too big (~44 Kb, maximum is 25 Kb). I will see later if I can remove a few frames, but I'm afraid I would have to remove half of them, which would probably ruin the animation.

In the meantime, you can access the resized image here. But remember it is not suitable for an avatar. However, it is suitable for a signature (maximum 75 Kb).
