Found another one - UNIFIVE DESKTOP MODEL MASTERPIECE EDITION VOL.3 ASTRO BOY

This one gave me a bit more information - Unifive is the manufacturer, it was released in 2000, made in China, and it's from volume 3 of their masterpiece series. Even with that information, I can't find one for sale outside Japan or HK. If you guys want one, either have Ebay email you if an auction comes up with the words "Unifive Astro", or hire one of auction services that will bid on a yahoo japan/hk auction and send the item to you for a fee.
