No, it only works on videos you uploaded on your own. Other user's video comments you just can mark as spam, but I still ponder about the value doing that.

Me too, as it's not really spam... but I do not see any other mean. Unless we'd contact YouTube, but were the 2nd halves really removed for that reason? And why only the 2nd halves? Just to make people mad that they started watching something and they won't get to the end?

yes all of them where taken down do to that reasone and as warning,and i know the admins didn't even bother to check the video to see if it ws true,other wise all part 2 would still be up,i wish people would do there job correctly

It's an old anime, back then people did not know about porn to much, but know every one knows that it is this days. It’s only because of the number of rapist’s have gone though the roof, the stories people have heard have made them scared. So porn as got in bigger numbers too. Also because there is a rule about having your kid half naked on the video cam is a crime. And because Astro boy has little clothing they think it is wrong.

Wow. Astro Boy? I haven't even seen the show (being only 11) but I have read the manga (a flopped version, what a shame) and maybe a bit on the action/bordering violence, but porn? No way. But, just so you don't get sued, you might want to remove the vid.
