Seems that way. I do hope that this is the case. The name "Tenma" has come up in a few articles now as quoted by David Bowers, so it looks like that's what it is.

Man, every update makes this sound better and better. I'm glad they're making Tenma a more sympathetic character here too.

Donald Sutherland is playing General Stone.
Also, comedians Ryan Stiles and David Alan Grier apparently have joined the cast. There are still some characters that have yet to be cast.
Fall 2009 seems so far away!

I know I'm a million miles late to post, but lemme say that my mother and I could really tell Nathan Lane would be Hamegg. I can't remeber what Bill Nighy sounds like, but she told me he played Davy Jones in
Pirates of the Carribean 2. Now I imagine Dr. Ochanimizu in the same outfit.
