hmm wat is it about this Astro Boy that looks so diff to...how he used to look
I cant put my finger on it

I mean sure 2003 Astro looks diff to 1980 Astro...therefore 2009 Astro looks diff to them both...but hmm

that wax sculpture is epic! god how do they do it, such skill

the 1960s astro had the b/w scheme with the lines throughout his body.
1980s had color with the lines throughout his body and a little more slimmer then the original version
2003 had no lines and he was shiney *Oooo he's sooooo shiney*
the movie version lost the lines, lost the shine, got some cloths, lost the eyelashes, and he's hair...is hair *Astro: Its hair gel* and did I also mention the cloths?

What Nora said. Plus, his eyebrows and mouth and feet are bigger, and his eyes and head are smaller. Essentially, he's become a little less "anime". Also, his head is missing the reflective shine.
