This is probably from the one color episode of the 1963 series. #
56 Earth Defense Army (ELV: 32 The Moon Monsters) featured such an obstacle course that Number Seven & Number Five used for practice. The color version with Japanese audio & English subs in on TRSI's Astroboy set #2.

Hey guys a long time ages ago i found a Astroboy fanwebsite where a fan got lots of Astroboy goodies from Japan he had about 2 gameboys and 1 gameboy color that was released in the Tezuka Museum they only sold about 15 of each one game boy had a 3rde like picture of Astroboy the gameboy color had Astro Kimba and Sapphire on it.
Is it on Ebay?

No explanation, eh? Maybe that is all the explanation we need, it could be they are featured on the cover only.

Well, some books he's selling, like
this "manual", really deserve explanations. I had to figure out for myself that seven of his books were picture book adaptions of the 2003 series.

I looked at this reeeaalll hard, and I found that these are
custom. Some sad sack actually decapitated a few 2004 action figures and put the heads on Pez stalks.
24.99 each.
