Why, that appears to be a 60's wind-up toy, that when wound, Uran bounces a ball. And her thighs are...really, um, big. That picture of her butt was unnecessary. :d oh:

Hmmmm. As I said Uran is a Boy Goad and is designed for that Effect.
I wonder if it was licensed?

Well, time to post more things: here's a belt, which, I have to say feels a bit risque to me if I imagine a peason wearing it. Where is he supposed to be hiding?

Cute lil' color changing chibi Astro (looks like the title of a magical girls manga):
