It took me about 10 minutes, which includes removing the original background via WP and converting the image into a GIF with transparent background.
I assume with Photoshop it probably would take less long, but being the stubborn WP user I am...

If I'm to remove the background of an image with low contrast I slightly lighten it up by using the gamma correction, so I'm able to easily percept the character's lines to cut on. With Paint, maybe a little more but probably not much more (Strange Wings will confirm, he is the Paint master here!).

Thanks for the honor, but I'm far from being one. And Photoshop just doesn't pay off for the lousy stuff I use to paste together.

It looks like a bootleg. I've been seeing a lot of products that are just promotional artwork (especially with Sonic and Sailor Moon) being put on stuff like bags and clothing.

You're welcome! I have that issue; there was no muscleman contest, and I guess they ran out of cover ideas. But it was still bad otherwise.

LOL. Anyways, I found two of the creepiest things EVER.

I was also looking at Dragonball: Evolution action figures (both are terrible; do not go near them) and saw the Yamcha figure. First I was disturbed that Yamcha had a hipster design, but then it dawned on me...
