Actually the top four are an alien equivalent to a hand shake. It is how these pig-faced aliens greet one another.
The others are gestures of disrespect.

Kimba/Leo, especially the first series, had an obsession with "Nnnagh!" and the faces Tezuka drew were so hillarious! It's like Kimba kept a years supply of lemons just for face affect. A collection of these would make a funny Anime music video.
