Here are a few images from the episode:
Here is the 1st robot doctor
Uran graphically expresses her disire for her baby brother's modifications.
Once she takes him to the robotic hospital for robots, he bevaves like a naughty boy, & the hospital has had enough.
It takes revenge by making him into a freak, somewhat like Pook after he was damaged (in Crucifix Island).
Moreover, the hospital goes nuts & goes on a rampage.

So, what? Chi-tan saves the day with the noise of his hissy fit?

Oops, sorry, Little Brown Fox, while Chitan did cause Ochanomizu's release, Atom gave the lethal punches shortly after.

OMFreakingG, the Robot Hospital was made by CYBERDYNE.
Yup, I still have that crazy idea to make a fan fiction with Astro as a cute, evil Terminator.

http://www.astroboy-online.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1618&page=517 and I thought it was supposed to be Atom lying on the table. It is actually Chi-Tan! Which gives me another thought. The episode from the 2003 series where Dr. Fooler makes a miniature of Atom that goes flying around inside of Uran, well that miniature looks more like Chi-tan cause he has only a single cowlick!

I will be back.
Oops, I mean,
I will be Bach. And you will be Beethoven.
(Sorry guys, I couldn't resist, the accent jokes are so easy to make when it comes to the Terminator)

Tetsuwan Penguin,
Long before Chitan, Dr. Fooler made a miniature Atom, which was, as depicted in the 2003 series, remotely controlled by Atom, whole legs had been destroyed by Dr. Pedan, the title character of Count Bat.
