That toy thing was because of Jazwares. Most, if not all, of their toys turn out to be Toys R Us exclusives, counting their Sonic and Planet 51 toys.

PLANET 51. I didn't like that movie at all. What's worse is that it did better at the box office and didn't get pulled after three weeks (thanks, Summit!). If that were going to be released at the same time as Astro Boy, I'd call bollocks on it. At least with Princess and the Frog, I liked the music and a good lot of the characters, so it's a little less painful.

But no; I like to think that this won't detract from DVD sales. Even if there isn't instantaneous business, people are still going to buy it over the next two months or so.

Great idea, Nora. And animated movies such as Astro Boy also showcase TV's very well (because they're bright and colorful and fun to watch).

Its also cheapest this way cause at walmart they normally sell theres for 19 and on amazon its 16 without shipping. Do the math!!! I love shoppin around *Huggles her almost new dvd* Best birthday present ever *Sniffles.*

I caved in today and bought a Blu-ray player, so now it's going to be even harder to wait till March to get a copy of the movie!
