Notice when they use the song "I'm a Believer"
This is the best video marking astro's greatest challenge!

i think they used 3 actors for astro in the 1980s series. the ending of that video was funny wasn't it?

That was unexpectedly hilarious!
"Oops, sorry, I left the bathtub running!" LOL!!!
Still don't like Astro's "manned-up" voice in the 2003 version, though.

I LIKE Astro sounding more like a guy -- his voice/appearance in the 80's series seemed babyish and almost whiney (yet Tezuka found people were more attracted to the younger/sweeter Astro, so I'm in the minority!). I also liked the way the 2003 series gave him more of an "anime" look. Just watched this again -- sooo funny!
"Talking to her is like trying to talk to an unplugged computer!" love it!!

Well, my fave Astro voice is Freddie Highmore's, and he certainly doesn't sound babyish. I guess what I don't like about the 2003 voice is it's too rough and brash. But it is a little more to my taste than the high-pitched versions.
