Did they really change the order in the English dub?

I'll have to check it out again. I don't remember meeting Zoran before her introduction.

It is always possible that episodes get played around with a bit when dubbed from Japanese into English, but I think we can be certain from "Showdown in Robotonia" that she wasn't going to be destroyed permanently. And we're very thankful for that, aren't we Androids?

I had a look at the covers of my Astroboy '03 DVD collection and they have "Little Sister, Big Trouble" as Episode 13 and "The Rise of Pluto" and "The Fall of Acheron" as Episodes 16 and 17. No wonder I couldn't remember any such continuity discrepancies.

Where did you get your information from Androids? Do you have a DVD set that arranges the episodes differently?

No that's actually how the series went, look up the episode list on google and it will be like that, same for youtube.

No. Astro Boy8629 is right. When the American DVD was released, they decided to reorder the episode listing in some new order that hardly made any sense.

There's no reason why they could have changed the episodes like that.

I bet there had to be some sort of reason, I just don't know what it is.
