YAY Shahinaa50!!! Welcome to the Forum, and WELL SAID!! I also believe there will be (or might be right now) an Astro-equivalent robot. We've had some terrific conversations here about the possibilities of that.
I also think in 50 years Astro will be bigger than ever (I personally think Tezuka was WAAAAY ahead of his time, and Astro will become very topically pertinent as we live with the impact of robots on our lives.
Nice to meet another Brit -- you guys are really getting an early winter over there!

Oh trust me, if Astro Boy is still around when we are finally able to make humanoid robots with AI, then someone is going to make one based on Astro. They had already made a costume for ASIMO modeled after Astro and it looked pretty cool
Also if they make an Astro Boy 2, i bet they will make an anime series based on the battles that happened inbetween the first move and the sequel.
